Sony Senior Product Manager Gary Mandle was nice enough to give us a quick walkthrough of some of the newest monitor offerings in the Sony booth this year. The PVM-A250, a new member of the Trimaster series, is a 25″ monitor designed to be both lighter and thinner than previous OLED models. It also features two 3G HD-SDI inputs, an S-Log2 to 709 LUT, as well as a built-in handle on the back for maximum portability.

Also on display was a 30″ 10-bit, 4096 x 2160 resolution 4K OLED panel. Though no pricing has been set yet, Gary did hint that we could expect a true production model to be ready sometime this year.

Watch my video above to learn more about Sony’s new monitors, including some great new features that will be coming for them this summer, and make sure to check out the PVM-A250 in our NY & LA showrooms!
